Deployment Strategy

First, you'll need to decide if on site testing is right for you. Many of our customers find enough information in our test library to meet their needs. As you will see we have already conducted tests on most types of engines used in mining operations. If your needs do call for testing, then we will be happy to support you and look forward to adding your findings to our test library. We also have test instruments that can support your testing needs if necessary.

After the decision to treat with FPC has been made, our mining customers choose to use automatic dosing equipment so they can be sure that fuel coming out of their storage tanks is properly treated with FPC. Our dispensing units fit inline with the fuel line to your storage tanks and require no electricity to operate. Our units pump out the right amount of FPC when the fuel storage tank is being filled. We have made units to fit inline with 4 inch, 6 inch, and 8 inch fuel lines. No matter what your circumstances are we have the capabilities to make a dispensing unit to meet all of your needs.

Once the dosing equipment is in place and we have installed a FPC storage container to meet your fuel usage profile, we will set up a program to have FPC shipped to you. We can ship in 55 gallon drums or larger totes up to 800 gallons (3000 liters). Once the tote arrives at your facility, it can easily be stacked on top of your fixed FPC storage container and drained from the shipment tote into your FPC storage container.

If your mining operation does not have its own fuel storage tanks, then small systems dosing units may be appropriate for you. Our smaller dosing units can be mounted on your equipment and you'll only need to refill the tank once for every 10,000 gallons of fuel you use.
